A very interesting bottle of Irish whiskey from Averys of Bristol who have been wine and spirits merchants since 1793. Many Avery’s bottlings from this era proudly stated that the whiskey was sourced from Jameson Bow Street Distillery whilst others have been sourced from the old D.W.D. distillery. This is a very interesting piece of history and offers the winning bidder a chance to taste a whiskey from an entirely different era. Wear and tear to the bottle’s label as can be seen in the images. Please note, the fill level is just below the bottle’s shoulder.
