This is a really Top Estate, according to the American Wine Guru Robert Parker, the Bonnezeaux from this domaine deserves to be in a category of its own. Made with 100% Botrytised Chenin Blanc grapes, which are hand picked in 5-7 pickings. Fermented in oak casks for 1-2 months, then stored a further 10-15 months in oak barrels before release.
