This is a deliciously sweet and fruity wine with ripe orange, apricot and pineapple on the nose with candied orange peel, white peach and orange blossom on the palate. Made from a blend of 90% Semillon and 10% Sauvignon Blanc, aged 50% in new barrels, 50% from barrels of one vintage for 20 months. It boasts a vibrant acidity and a spicy finish. Pair with either sweet or savoury foods.
