347 : Redbreast 10 Year Old Gilbeys
A rare 1960s bottling of Redbreast, distilled by John Jameson & Sons at the historic Bow Street Distillery. The whiskey was bonded, matured, and bottled by Gilbeys of Ireland, who traditionally purchased casks and aged them in their own bonded warehouses. These vintage Redbreast bottlings were matured with a high proportion of sherry casks, contributing to the rich and full-bodied style associated with classic single pot still Irish whiskey.
