For the first release in the Sod'em & Begorrah series, it was aged exclusively in bourbon casks. The second release exclusively in sherry casks, and now, the third and final release is a marriage of both - this expression was matured for 5 and half years in a bourbon cask followed by a further 3 and a half years in a sherry cask! Bottled at a robust 59.8% and non chill filtered. Expect delectable sweet notes from the sherry cask.
