The 21 Year Old has spent its time in carefully chosen American and European oak casks, offering a beautifully balanced profile. Sweetness graces the front of the palate, while a gentle dryness lingers at the back. A mix of first-fill and refill sherry casks adds complexity and elegance, with layers of rich sherry oak character unfolding with every sip.
