A Founding Fathers Cask Strength Single Malt from the Dingle Distillery that was aged exclusively in a sherry cask for 10 years.This is one of the few 10 year old releases currently on the market. It comes with a great post card with a picture of the boat that the bottling is named after and a copy of the original cask cetificate with the associated bottle number. This is cask 89. Established in 2012, Dingle has quickly gained recognition for its exceptional spirits and commitment to traditional craftsmanship. The distillery focuses on producing small-batch, handcrafted whiskies that embody the rich heritage of Irish whiskey-making. Concentrating on Single Pot Still and Single Malt whiskey production the company has won many awards in the short time it has been operating, whilst garnering a multitude of followers who are keen to sample the excellent small-batch releases. Dingle has recently started to bring out some semi-permanent releases as part of the ‘Celtic Series’ with each of these celebrating the seasonal Celtic festivals such as Samhain, La le Bride and Bealtaine.
