The Knappogue Castle Château Pichon Baron is another addition to the Knappogue Castle Cask Series, in which single malts are finished in premium wine casks. This limited release has been matured in bourbon barrels for a minimum of 12 years before finishing in Pichon Baron from renowned Bordeaux winery. This has been made from malted barley and is distilled in copper pot stills.
